YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW…
… so this is why I wrote a course about anxiety.
Simply put, if you don’t know what you are dealing with, how are you meant to know how to fix it? Or seek help? Or treatment?
How are you meant to know who to turn to when the world is seeming so impossibly hard to navigate?
Nobody wants to feel stressed, anxious and crap and yet anxiety disorders have grown from 301 million people globally in 2019 to 371 million in 2023. That is a huge increase linked to a wide range of reasons.
And as you read the news and recent research it seems that there is not one group suffering more than any other, anxiety has leaked throughout society and age groups from kids at school up to retirees.
What we do know is that life for many is just too much all of the time. We are overstimulated and under rested. We are fearful, broke, lonely, constantly plugged in and no longer coping.
However, we are also less prejudiced and more likely to talk about it, so perhaps the huge rise in numbers can also be explained by the fact that we are talking more and we are actively looking for solutions and answers?
So, I wrote a hypnosis for anxiety audio course.
This course fills the gaps in knowledge. It explains the why, the how and the what you can do about anxiety. Clearly every single person is different. Their anxieties will be different and therefore this course is a huge umbrella of support and learning.
Most importantly though it comes with targeted, solution focussed hypnosis recordings and tricks and tips that you can use daily to get you back on track. Out of panic mode and moving forwards to seek appropriate further support or just structure your life in a healthier way for you.
It’s easy to listen to and follow and the hypnotic recordings are just listened to each night as you fall asleep - and learning doesn’t get much easier than that does it?!
So, we don’t know what we don’t know… but if you are feeling anxious, upset, lost, unable to cope and with a sense of dread, get listening. Because once you have a path forward you can start to feel better.
And we all need that right now.
